All content, branding, copy, and layouts on the site are owned by Louhen or its partners. You may not copy, distribute, or adapt materials without written permission.

The site and waitlist are offered on a preview basis. We may update, suspend, or withdraw features at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a specific launch timeline.

To the extent permitted by law, Louhen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or waitlist. This does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
